January 2015 Wrap Up

IMG_0707
In the month of January, I have finished 5 books. And most of them are re-reads so minus the re-reads I have only finished 2 books (OMG that’s a small amount of books)

  • Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone by JK Rowling (Re-read) 5/5
  • Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets by JK Rowling (Re-read) 5/5
  • Kitchen by Banana Yoshimoto 3/5
  • The Lost Hero by Rick Riordan (Re-read) 5/5
  • These Broken Stars by Amie Kaufman and Meagan Spooner 5/5

Re-reading Harry Potter make me feel like I am back in Primary School, Harry Potter is part of my childhood and it’s my first fandom. I missed Hogwarts and everything about it, I think I will re-read the whole series when I have time.

I read Kitchen for school, but I don’t like it that much. Maybe it’s Yoshimoto’s writing isn’t my type or the plot, I am not sure why i don’t like it that much. There are two stories in Kitchen, the first one is Kitchen and the second one is Moonlight Shadow. I perfered Moonlight Shadow more because of the paranoraml-ish part of it. I guess Yoshimoto’s works isn’t for me…

I have already read The Lost Hero back in 2013, but I got the whole series of The Hero of Olympus for Christmas. So I am going to finish the whole series, well someone have already spoiled the ending of The Blood of Olympus for me so what’s the point of reading it? I think Leo is my favorite amoung Jason, Piper and Leo (Team Leo). And I’m already reading The Son of Neptune (which is amazing)

These Broken Stars… How do I begin about this book? Tbh I am not the science fiction type of people, but this book is pure awesness. It have space, aliens, survive, surviving in space… Just do yourself a favor and pick it up. *Full Review coming soon*

Most of the time, I have no idea what I am writing here but whatever. And I supprose to do PE homework but who care about PE?
