In honor of my first Colleen Hoover book and I want to write something different for this so I would try to write it in poem version and my first edition is deleted so sorry if this don’t make any sense cause last time I wrote poetry is September 2014 (I’m sorry it’s shitty and short):

For the first time

Colleen Hoover opened my eyes

To a world where boy falls for girl

And girl falls for boy

But they can’t be together, and could only stay a distance

Distance farer then the distance of stars and sun

The longest distance is the world is how we be friends and fall in love and yet can never be together

Everyone know they are in love

They just don’t know yet, they too blind to see love among them

But life knows

Life leads the way to a better life, a second chance and sometimes it would leads to love

Life is always more than love

It’s about family and friendship

Knowing that you don’t have to be blood related to be family

It’s about death and loss

Understanding death is just a process in life and we all would face death one day

It’s about power of words

Learning what words can do to us

Make us smile

Make us cry

And finally make us fall in love

I haven’t read any of Colleen Hoover’s work, but she’s omnipresent in the internet community and everyone seems to love her books. I just ordered Maybe Someday. It’s great to hear she didn’t disappoint you with Slammed! 🙂
